Paniagua’s Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Jaime Paniagua. Mr. Paniagua began in the industry as a cable installer and then quickly moved into management. He managed Balcom Cable Installation Company for ten years, accumulating and retaining a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the cable industry. In 1992, he incorporated his expertise into a new business, Paniagua’s Enterprises, Inc. (PEI). PEI grew with the industry’s demands and the company swiftly diversified to include inside plant and outside plant. The move to include outside hard surface plant while retaining inside plant customers afforded PEI the opportunity to become a turnkey company.
